I wanted to write and let you know how pleased I am with my clean oven. You came to me on Tuesday 24th January to clean my oven. It had been smoking when I had been using it, and as I had inherited the oven in the move to my house I had never been able to use the grill section because

It had always smoked quite badly and I had never been able to reach to clean the grill section.

Now I have an oven that looks brand new – literally straight from a shop and for the first time ever I have been able to use my grill. The products that were used have not left any trace of an odeur either.
